Another security guard of slain senior Journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Rising Kashmir, Syed Shujaat Bukhari, succumbed to his injuries here in Srinagar hospital on Thursday late evening.
A senior Police official told GNS that second PSO of Bukhari who had sustained critical bullet wounds in the attack also succumbed to injuries. Earlier, Shujaat Bukhari and his PSO were shot dead after unknown persons opened indiscriminate fire upon their vehicle in Press Enclave, Srinagar at around 7:00 pm.
The deceased PSOs were identified as Abdul Hameed and Mumtaz Ahmad.
